Outreach Ministry

Outreach ministry visits parishioners who are not able to come to Mass due to illness, disability, aging or care-giving responsibilities, bringing Holy Communion, prayers and support in homes, assisted livings, hospitals, & nursing homes.

Outreach lets the priest know of parishioners needs for pastoral care such as administering Sacraments of the Healing and Reconciliation, anointing of the sick and prayers for the dying.
 

Offering support and help with funeral planning, meeting with families at the time of a loved one’s death to plan for the Mass/Services, and supportive visits following the funeral are all part of outreach ministry.  Click for more on FUNERAL PLANNING
